		<description>I would add that measuring success is a major component to good leadership training.  As the British scientist Lord Kelvin said, "If you can not measure it, you can not improve it."  A good leadership program should be able to demonstrate that it is accomplishing the goals it was set in place to reach.  Good post!</description>

Smart companies train their sales staff on a regular basis in order to ensure the new sales people know what they are to do and say and so that the Senior sales staff don't forget what they are supposed to do and say.
